Intenzive dampener
It is used in grain mill dryers to moisten the grain cover layers. This results in greater elasticity of the skin and reduces its sprouting into flour. The presence of the feed grain is captured by the capacitive probe. The solenoid valve opens and the water starts to flow into the machine. The roll in the cylindrical casing imparts a mixture of grain and water to the swirling motion and thus facilitates the penetration of water into the packaging layers of the grain. When the grain supply is cut off into the machine, the water supply is automatically closed by a solenoid valve. The amount of water supplied is set by the manual control valve and the flowmeter located on the control panel. Correct adjustment will allow the diagram. The input humidity of the grain must be checked in laboratory. From the chart we can easily find out how many percent moisture we add to the grain if we know the power in t / h. (by automatic weight) and water flow rate in l / h. (according to the flowmeter).

Description of the machine
The main part is a rotor with blades and a water inlet. At the top of the machine, there is an inlet with a damper, flap and microswitch. Under the rotor there is an electric motor on the side. The stand is made of thin-walled sections. A control panel with two hand valves, a solenoid valve and a flowmeter are included in the delivery. The control panel connected to the water mains is not mounted on the machine, it is mounted on a wall or on a separate structure. The machine is connected with a 1/2 "pipe.

Přívod elektrického proudu 400/230 V, 50 Hz. Jiné parametry proudu je nutné oznámit dodavateli.Výkon se rozumí pro pšenici o specifické hmotnosti 750 kg/m3, tj. hektolitrové váze 75 kg/hl, a vlhkosti 14%. Aspirace není nutná.

  • It is recommended to filter a filter (not a part of the panel) in front of the control panel against the clogging of the flowmeter.
  • To prevent water pressure fluctuations, it is recommended to include a differential pressure regulator (not a part of the panel) in front of the control panel or to supply water from a buffer tank located at least 10 m above the panel.

The minimum overpressure in the pipe before the control panel is 0.1 MPa.
