Peeling machine EKONOS
It is used for the peeling of barley in the production of all sizes of hull, for peeling of lentils, wheat, rye, sorghum, peas, rice, etc. When filling the working space of the machine by grain (between casing and grinding wheels) particulate matter. The power is controlled by the grain flow rate regulator, depending on the degree of grain peeling desired. Peeling intensity is further influenced by regulation on the ventilation opening. It is projected to include a pebble under the hopper, which ensures a regular grain supply to the machine. The exhaust from the machine must be connected to a separating and aspiration device that is not part of the machine.

Description of the machine
The main part of the machine is a vertical, hollow shaft that runs through the machine. At the top, under the inlet, there are grinding wheels (1 conical and 6 cylindrical) and aspirating rings on the shaft. Next, there is a drop with a grain flow controller. At the same shaft, the fan impeller and the pulley are on the same shaft. An electric motor, flanged with a vertical shaft, is also located in the machine frame. The grain output and fan exhaust can be adjusted to the required direction by rotating 90 ° as required by the customer.
