Screen separator type SRVS
Sieve sorting machines of new series for cleaning, sorting grained dry, loose materials on the mesh system (minor impurities, coarse dirt) and airflow cleaning in the aspiration box (dust particles, light airborne impurities). In the case of a recirculating aspiration cabinet, the device operates with a closed air cleaning circuit with a limited need to replace the air around the machine. It is especially used in cleaning and pre-cleaning mills. However, it is also suitable for other plants where it is necessary to sort and clean granular materials from fine and coarse admixtures and impurities. (grains, nuts, beans, peas, lentils, chickpeas, soy, rice, etc.)

Description of the machine:
SRVS Screen separators are new Series Classifiers, which consist of its own screen and aspirating or recirculation box where dust particles are separated. The SRVS screen grinder consists of a frame and a solid cabinet, which includes both the inlet and the outflow of the grain. The entire cabinet is mounted on robust rubber silentblocks, which ensure very quiet operation. The frames are either aluminum or beech wood as required, coated with perforated sheets (upper) and wire mesh (bottom). The oscillation driver is a pair of adjacent vibrators.
