Automatic woter doser type AQUA-NET
Automatic water dosers are used mainly in flour mills for controlled dampening of grain before tempering and milling with the aim to achieve optimum required moisture of material at the 1st break roller mill and to assure constant moisture of finished products.

The AQUA-NET unit works automatically on the principle of actual original moisture measuring. Grain flows through the unit to be measured or its dielectric constant, temperature and bulk weight. These data are processed in a control system, evaluated and used for calculation of necessary amount of water for dampening. The line output can be programmed when it is constant or the value can be taken from an in-line electronical or mechanical weigher. Water supply to a dampening worm or a dampenering quantity corresponding to the selected final grain moisture is regulated by a dosing valve and checked by a flow meter. Due to permanent comparision of actual and preset values any affect of water pressure fluctuations is eliminated.
The control systém is programmed in order to distinguish failures in the grain flow and water supply is immediately shut off and the failure signalled.
