One-piece planning machine KB 14006.1
The vacuum cleaner is used in grain grinding plants for grain calibration, for grain cleanliness before the first scrap and for sewage sorting. After consultation with the manufacturer, the machine can be used in some chemical industry to sort bulk materials at a maximum moisture content of 15%. Sorting takes place on a system of horizontally stored meshes in sink frames inserted into the sink cabinet. The rotating weights in the lower part of the case, suspended on laminated rods, cause it to swirl and cause the material to be shuffled through sieves cleaned with rubber balls.

Description of the machine
The sink cabinet forms a load-bearing frame with a drive mounted on the lower base, a cabinet with side channels on the upper base. Other channels include inlet and outlet doors. The drive consists of a weighed weigher weigher with roller bearings and a driven belt drive from an electric motor mounted on the support frame traverse.
The sink frame consists of a collecting frame with a bottom, an overflow attachment and a sieve insert frame and rubber balls on a wire mesh. Rubber balls can be replaced by textile or plastic whippers.
The machine hangs on a sufficiently rigid ceiling structure or on a stand supplied with a special order.
