INTAKE AND PRE-CLEANING
Dry stoner type OV7-2, OV15-2
The dry stoners are used for separation of small stones, glass and metal particles from grain in dry method based on different specific weight of matter. They are applied in cleaning sections of flour mills. Howe-ver, they can be also used for cleaning of other dry, loose and grainy materials. Material is first fed onto the upper vibrato-ry sieve to be sifted and classified by air. Overs from this sieve, i.e. larger admixtu-res and straw-like liftings, are delivered into the outlet of impurities. The throughs, i.e. grain with mineral admixtures, mostly small stones in the size of grain kernels, fall down on the lower sieve to be separated, by means of fluid air layer and vibration of the sieve and using the difference in the specific weights, to clean grain discharged through two outlets and stones delivered to the opposite end of the lower sieve.
Dust and the other liftings are sucked off by the central aspiration system. As per the processed material character the grain inlet, aspiration intensity, screen inclination, throw angle setting and the vibration amplitude can be adjusted to optimum.

Description of the machine
The machine stand is welded together from enclosed thin walled steel profiles. The top features an inlet and an aspiration throats. The stand bears the screen suspended on springs and driven by means of two vibrators. The machine cover is made as a self-supporting glass laminated shell ( OV15-2) or sheetmetal ( OV7-2).
