Screen separator type SVT 5, 8
The machine is used for cleaning and grading of dry loose materials by means of a set of sieves. For increased effectivity of cleaning an air sifter with a built/in permanent magnet separator AS 7 is used after the grader. Thus the cleaning process is completed by intensive air sifting – separation of liftings and random ferromagnetic objects. The machine is, to an advantage, used mainly in precleaning and cleaning sections of flour mills. However, it can be applied in other plants for cleaning and grading of grainy, dry and loose materials as well.

Description of the machine
The sieve grader is a machine with straight vibrating screen with installed perforated sheet and/or wire cloth sieves. A pair of vibration exciters act as driving units. The air sifter at the screen delivery end is furnished with an air sifting intensity control. It should be connected to a separate or a central aspiration system.
